General Requirements
A current colour photo with a calm, natural expression — don't sign across it.
Rules & Background
White backdrop, face filling roughly three-quarters of the frame, dead-centre and fully forward-facing with both ears showing. Skip uniforms, tinted eyewear, or any head covering that isn't for religious reasons — and even then the face must stay fully visible.
